A class booking is about places as well as time. Book Pronto brings group sessions, weekly series, attendee details and payments into the same workspace, with a booking website under your own brand.

## A timetable customers can book

Publish group sessions with their dates, times and available places. Customers choose a session, add their attendee details and complete the booking through your website. Returning customers can reuse saved attendees instead of entering the same details again.

For a Pilates studio, that could mean a morning class in one room and an evening session with a different instructor. Weekly and fortnightly series suit sessions that run repeatedly, and a course of sessions can be booked as one place across all its dates. Tell us whether customers should book individual dates or a whole series so we can confirm the right setup.

## People, rooms and equipment together

A free instructor does not always mean a class can run. Book Pronto manages availability across people, rooms and equipment, alongside the session capacity. The owner workspace brings the schedule and bookings together so staff can see who is attending and record attendance.

Use the same customer record for bookings, saved attendees and orders. A parent booking for someone else and a customer booking for themselves can have different attendee details without creating a separate booking website.

## Keep changes with the booking

Payments, booking changes, cancellations and refunds stay alongside the booking. Customer changes depend on the rules and cut-off times you configure; owners manage bookings and refunds from their workspace.

Extras and discount codes are available under the rules you set. Before choosing a system, list the exceptions your studio handles: late cancellations, a different attendee, a cancelled date or an extra item bought at checkout. We can walk through those requirements with you.

### Can customers book a series of sessions?

Yes. Publish a weekly or fortnightly series, and sell a course of sessions as one booking across all its dates. Tell us how you sell your sessions and which dates customers should be able to choose so we can confirm the configuration before launch.

### Do customers have to create an account?

Simple bookings can use guest checkout. You can require sign-in where your service needs it; returning customers can sign in by email and reuse saved attendee details.

### Is this for teaching accredited training courses?
